ECU tuning - How do we proceed?
We carry out 360TREV 's ECU optimizations directly at our premises.
Together, we will discuss which modifications make sense for you and your Ferrari. You then send us the engine control units (ECUs) of your vehicle.
We read the software, send it to 360TREV for analysis and create a customized optimization. We then 'flash' the revised software onto your ECUs and send it back to you.
On request, we can also take care of the entire process on your premises - including removal, transportation, reinstallation and commissioning.
Ferrari 575M ECU Tuning
The "Bespoke Series" ECU software for the Ferrari 575M Maranello is a comprehensive further development of the factory engine control unit. The aim is to significantly optimize response, power delivery and driving dynamics - taking into account the individual vehicle configuration and customer requirements.
Features and benefits:
HGTC-Fiorano base calibration: Improved software with bug fixes, optimized ignition and injection strategy as well as recalibrated driving modes for a sportier driving experience. Significant increase in power and torque across the entire rev range.
Instant Torque: Reduction of delays between accelerator pedal movement and torque output for more direct vehicle control and increased driver feedback.
Exhaust and emission system optimizations: Troubleshooting for catalytic converter monitoring, adaptation for sports catalytic converters or "test pipes", removal of error-prone components such as SLOW DOWN indicators or secondary lambda sensors.
Electronic accelerator pedal and driving modes: Improved accelerator pedal characteristic for more harmonious torque build-up, especially in the lower and medium speed range. Increased suitability for everyday use and reduced clutch load on F1 AMT models.
Additional functions: Optimizations for Immobilizer timeout, selective control of exhaust flaps, activation of "Heel & Toe" for hand shifters and support for F1-to-Gated conversions.
Performance levels:
From emission-compliant "Fast Road" set-ups (Stage 1+) to race track-compatible configurations (Stage 2+) with increased octane requirement, rev boost and individually tuned data log extension (Stage 3-5).
This software was developed with decades of experience, extensive test bench and road testing and in collaboration with experienced engine developers. It is fully reversible and can be used for F1 and gated models.
Ferrari 599 ECU Tuning
The "Bespoke Series" ECU software for the Ferrari 599 GTB is a comprehensive further development of the factory engine and transmission control system with the aim of significantly improving performance, response and driving character. The software is based on the HGTE reference calibration and goes beyond this - with optional transmission software for F1 models.
Functions and highlights:
HGTE-inspired base calibration: Optimized software with corrected serial errors, improved idle quality and increased torque across the entire speed range. An optional HGTE TCU is recommended for F1 models.
GTO and XX set-ups (optional): Extended setups based on the 599 GTO and 599 XX offer even greater sportiness and control - including modified throttle response, exhaust flap control and race calibration (only for track vehicles).
Instant Torque: Immediate torque delivery for more precision and control when accelerating - ideal for sporty, ambitious riders.
Exhaust and emission system adaptations: Flawless integration of sports catalytic converters, optional catalytic converter and secondary air system deactivation for track conversions.
Extended functions: Optimized accelerator pedal characteristic, "Heel & Toe" blip support on gated models, individually configurable exhaust flap control, transmission shift F1 ↔ Gated.
Performance levels:
Step 1+ for sportier everyday tuning with emission-compliant maps.
Step 2+ for track setups with tuned AFR, ignition and torque maps (recommended with 98+ octane).
Step 3+ (and higher): fully individual calibration with telemetry support - ideal for conversions with increased power, modified camshafts or larger throttle valves.

The "Bespoke Series" ECU software for the Ferrari 360 offers comprehensive optimization of the engine management and is the result of years of development work, numerous test bench tests and real driving tests. The aim is to achieve a noticeable improvement in performance, response and driving feel - without compromising on everyday usability or reliability.
Function overview:
Challenge Stradale basic calibration: Optimized software version with bug fixes, improved torque curve and differentiated strategies for normal and sport mode.
Instant Torque Upgrade: Significantly faster throttle response for a more direct link between driving command and vehicle response - ideal for sporty drivers.
Exhaust and emission system optimizations: Adjustments for error-free integration of sports catalytic converters, deactivation of error-prone components (e.g. SLOW DOWN system) as well as options for racetrack use without catalytic converters.
Individual customizations: Optional activation of special features such as e-gas characteristics, blip function for manual vehicles (heel & toe), deactivation of unnecessary diagnostic functions (e.g. fuel cap error message) or configurations for F1/gated gearbox conversions.
Performance stages: From tuned fast-road mappings (Stage 1+) to track-oriented setups (Stage 2+) with adapted ignition map, 98+ octane release and speed increase up to 9,000 rpm. Further stages (Stage 3-5) include individual calibration based on vehicle conversions and telemetry data.

The "Bespoke Series" ECU software for the Ferrari F430 offers a comprehensive further development of the standard engine control unit with the aim of significantly improving response, power delivery and driving dynamics. The software is based on intensive development work with test bench and real-world tests and is fully adapted to the specific vehicle.
Function overview:
Scuderia-inspired base calibration: Optimization of torque and power delivery across the entire rev range, improved throttle response and sportier characteristics of the driving modes.
Instant Torque: Significantly reduced delay between accelerator pedal movement and torque build-up. Provides a more precise and direct driving experience.
Exhaust and emission system optimization: Adjustments for error-free integration of sports catalytic converters or catless headers, including deactivation of error-prone components (e.g. slow-down system, secondary lambda sensors).
Customizable driving modes: Driving mode-specific calibration of accelerator pedal characteristics, exhaust flap control and torque requirement.
Performance levels: Different calibration levels (Step 1 to Step 5) - from optimized everyday operation and track setups to tailor-made configurations with telemetry and up to 600 hp.
Extended options: including Immobilizer adjustment, blip function for gated models (heel & toe), deactivation of irrelevant fault codes (e.g. fuel filler cap) and support for F1/gated conversions.
This software solution is available for vehicles with F1 gearboxes as well as for manual gearboxes and takes into account all vehicle-specific differences (year of manufacture, sensors, configuration).
