Ferrari 575M ECU Tuning

The "Bespoke Series" ECU software for the Ferrari 575M Maranello is a comprehensive further development of the factory engine control unit. The aim is to significantly optimize response, power delivery and driving dynamics - taking into account the individual vehicle configuration and customer requirements.

Features and benefits:

  • HGTC-Fiorano base calibration: Improved software with bug fixes, optimized ignition and injection strategy as well as recalibrated driving modes for a sportier driving experience. Significant increase in power and torque across the entire rev range.

  • Instant Torque: Reduction of delays between accelerator pedal movement and torque output for more direct vehicle control and increased driver feedback.

  • Exhaust and emission system optimizations: Troubleshooting for catalytic converter monitoring, adaptation for sports catalytic converters or "test pipes", removal of error-prone components such as SLOW DOWN indicators or secondary lambda sensors.

  • Electronic accelerator pedal and driving modes: Improved accelerator pedal characteristic for more harmonious torque build-up, especially in the lower and medium speed range. Increased suitability for everyday use and reduced clutch load on F1 AMT models.

  • Additional functions: Optimizations for Immobilizer timeout, selective control of exhaust flaps, activation of "Heel & Toe" for hand shifters and support for F1-to-Gated conversions.

Performance levels:
From emission-compliant "Fast Road" set-ups (Stage 1+) to race track-compatible configurations (Stage 2+) with increased octane requirement, rev boost and individually tuned data log extension (Stage 3-5).

This software was developed with decades of experience, extensive test bench and road testing and in collaboration with experienced engine developers. It is fully reversible and can be used for F1 and gated models.
